Robert Deschamps - Founder

Bob founded ProSigns, Inc. in 1994 and has since been heading up the management team in business and product development. Bob has over 40 years of engineering design experience and has developed a company that prides itself in custom work to meet specific customer needs. Bob works primarily on projects requiring detailed drawings and coordination of permit application & approval but also enjoys working with clients on any requirement, large or small. In his spare time, Bob enjoys sports of any kind, traveling and just being outdoors.

Ellen Lowney - Graphic Designer / Operations

Ellen joined ProSigns in its first weeks in February 1994, 5 months after moving to the Bay Area from North Dakota. Ellen graduated from UND with degrees in Advertising and Fine Art, and enjoys helping clients develop designs, logos and signs that are creative and unique. She has over 20 years of graphic design experience in the sign industry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Patrick and her little girl Stella. In her "other" spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, listening to music, going to soccer games, watching football, camping and hiking.

Alex Diaz - Fabrication Specialist, Client Site Surveyor, Installer

Alex joined ProSigns in 2005 and has been a key player in producing & fabricating all of our signs. Alex's attention to detail makes our specialty items that involve laminates & metals look completely finished. In his spare time, Alex enjoys golfing and playing softball. Alex is a drummer in "Blue Truth" - playing venues at local venues and many wineries. Alex is also an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast and enjoys riding in the beautiful California weather.

Kristen Hardwick - Graphic Designer

Kristen joined ProSigns in the start of 2007. She graduated from Chico State with a degree in Graphic Design. Kristen's design conception ranges from highly creative to simple & clean, and executes with a very detail-oriented work ethic. Kristen lives by the beach in Santa Cruz and likes to cruise around in her '65 Mustang. She lives and breathes art and rock 'n' roll.

Nhung Tran - Office Administrative Assistant

Nhung joined ProSigns in 2007 taking on the task of keeping all of us organized and running efficiently. Nhung has a degree from SJSU in graphic design and assists the designers with jobs as needed. Nhung also is an English Tutor at the Kumon Center in Sunnyvale. In her spare time, Nhung enjoys reading, shopping, going to movies, traveling and staying fit.

Steve Nolan - Production Manager

Steve joined ProSigns in 1996 and has over 15 years of sign production and fabrication experience. His attention to detail is key to our final design and signs. Steve is also a "professional" bartender - concocting beverages at "The Duke" in Cupertino. In his spare time, Steve is a drummer in a band that plays gigs at a variety of Bay Area venues.
